Lake Como is a lake of glacial origin located in Lombardy, northern Italy. It is the third largest lake in Italy, after Lake Garda and Lake Maggiore. The lake has an area of about 146 square kilometers and a maximum depth of about 410 meters. It is surrounded by hills and mountains, which creates an impressive landscape.
