Common description

Cremona is a small town in the Lombardy region, the center of the province of the same name. First of all, he is known for the fact that the most famous violinist of all time lived and worked here - that same great Antonio Stradivari.

In addition to this fact, Cremona is interesting for its unique architecture. Significant sights include the 12th century Cathedral, Piazza Comune, Torrazzo Tower (the highest tower in Italy with a height of over 111 meters), the 12th century Baptistery, the 13th century Chittanov Palace, the Church of San Michele (the first reign of the 8th century. ; here is one of the largest statues in the world of the Archangel Michael), and, of course, the Stradivarius Museum.
