Parma is a city in northern Italy in the Emilia-Romagna region. It has a rich history dating back to the time limits of the Roman Empire.

Probably, each of us has repeatedly heard such expressions as "Parma violet", or "Parma monastery", or "Parma ham". And already Parmesan cheese, I think, just tried everything. So the basic knowledge of Parma can be said to be. What can I add here? Unless a couple of dozen ancient architectural structures, such as the Cathedral and Church of Santa Croce XII century, the palaces of Della Pilotta, Eukerio Sanvitalia, Del Commune, Del Governor, Bishop's Palace, the huge fort of Chittadell, the list goes on ... both the Parmesan Museum and the Prosciutto Museum (a kind of ham) strike a balance between the city's culinary and historic component.
